Cancellation Policy

We require a 72 hour notice for cancellation. For less than 72 hour notice and for no shows there will be a fee equal to one day rental charge.

RETURNS

Renter must return the vehicle to our rental office at the date and time specified. The vehicle remains subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement until we have inspected it and accepted it. If renter returns the vehicle after hours or other than our rental office; renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle, until we have inspected and accepted it the next business day. Renter is also responsible to call in if they would like to extend their rental agreement.

If you fail to cancel your reservation less than 72 Hours there will be a charge equal to a 1 day rental.

Shuttle Service

**NO AIRPORT SERVICE FOR STATE STREET LOCATION** Please book North Temple location if need airport service.

IMPORTANT! Please make sure you booked North Temple location for airport service! Extra fees and charges will apply if you booked State Street and need airport service!!!

Affordable Rent-A-Car offers a courtesy shuttle during our normal business hours. After hours by appointment only!

Shuttle Instructions during normal business hours(8 AM-4 PM):

Once you have your luggage, please give us a call at 801-288-2277.
Once you have let us know that you are ready for pick up, it normally only takes 5-10 minutes.

If you are flying in after hours, please check your email for specific shuttle instructions. Your contract will be sent via SIGN NOW. We will need to have your contract signed and sent back 2 days before your arrival. Please do not wait until the last minute to sign the document. You can always cancel with 72 hours' notice.
If we do not receive your document within 48 hours of your reservation, we will consider it a no show, and your reservation could be canceled and a no-show fee will be applied.

Fuel Policy

Fuel must be returned at the same level as rented.If not there will be a refueling charge. Refueling per gallon charges change daily. Your rental agent will have the rates at the time of your rental.

Deposit

DEPOSIT (CASH DEPOSITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED)

There is a $200.00 deposit required. We will put a hold on your credit card for the amount of the rental PLUS $200.00.
